Q. If I only need a few extra articles each month, can you help?

A. Of course we will - if you supply the topics, we’ll write the articles.


Q. How long does it take to create a newsletter from start to finish?

A. This depends on the number of pages required. Depending on the time it takes for your approval process, the average turnaround time for a 4-page newsletter is four to six weeks from inception to completion. However, our team will work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.


Q. How will I be billed for my project?

A. Once we have received your instructions, etc., we will bill you for a design and lay-out fee. Upon completion of your project, we will bill you for the pre-printing and miscellaneous costs we will have provided. These may include scans, photography, clip-art, illustrations, etc., and 50% of the final print costs. The balance of your account is due immediately on delivery.


Q. How much will my newsletter cost?

Q. Do I retain control over of my whole project if I need assistance with just the layout?

A. You always retain total control over your newsletter. Our staff at the Newsletter Factory will present layout design suggestions for your approval.


Q. How can I be sure that I will approve of the final product?

A. We’ll stay in touch with you every step of the way - by email, by fax and by phone to ensure that the entire project meets with your approval; this includes text proofs of any articles we may be writing.


Q. Who owns the copyright?

A. To reduce costs, we retain the copyright to everything we ourselves design. The copyright to all specific company text in a newsletter remains yours. We retain copyright for all articles that we supply. Our clients may purchase the design copyright at any time.


Q. What about my logo, photographs and other digital images?

A. You can provide your own as long as the images, etc., are high resolution – a .jpg usually works well. Logos are best saved as vector images. If your logo is saved in raster format, it must be provided at a resolution of 300 dpi at final size.
